Meet Crystal: Director, teacher and second mom to many. Crystal began teaching at 16 in the Salem Keizer Public Schools. She got her Bachelors in Elementary Ed.
In 2020 she began her own private education program. In 2025 she had sweet baby, Amani, and decided to restart her own Academy closer to home.

Our class sizes are kept small in order to prioritize the kids needs and learning abilities through personal attention. Students with special needs are welcome along with Speech, OT, ABA or other therapists. There are several options when attending, either full time, part-time or tutoring sessions available.

At Big Dreams! Academy we believe that everyone should have access to affordable private education. Our curriculum is based on a homeschool model so the families can use charter school funding to help with tuition. Full time Academy and tutoring costs are listed in the application.
