Meet Crystal: Director, teacher and second mom to many. Crystal taught in the Salem Keizer Public Schools for 15 years. She has her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Ed with a minor in Special Needs from Liberty University. In 2020 she began her own private education program that grew to over 65 students. Now recreating and developing her own academy with lots of Big Dreams!

Our class sizes are kept small (max of 10-15 kids) in order to prioritize the kids needs and learning abilities through personal attention. Students with special needs are welcome along with Speech, OT, ABA or other therapists. A variety of curriculum is used based on learning styles. Some students are in a charter program while others are homeschooled and come part time.

At Big Dreams Academy we believe that everyone should have access to affordable private education. All students are registered as homeschooled so the families can use charter school funding to help with tuition as a tutoring service. Big Dreams is listed as a vendor for several charter schools.
